Dear Starbucks--- once a day, usually around 2pm i enjoy a nice iced coffee from your establishment.. About 3 weeks ago i noticed a significant change in your plastic cup tops. i found out that i need a tool chest to break thru the straw hole. I now am forced to grab at least 3 straws (casualties) and spend at least 6 minutes creating an opening big enough to proceed.. I recommend some type of "write up" on whoever is in charge of this.
