Nikki & Rich

Every once in awhile something comes along that changes your perspective, reignites the passion and makes it all fun again. This is Nikki and Rich and trust me when I tell you they have made some of the most inspired, authentic, classic, fun music you have heard in a long time. They are pop music as it was originally intended, not as some type of record label science project. Think Amy Winehouse meets The Supremes. Think Alicia Keys meets Outkast (Hey Yah.) They are pure Americana with soul. The musical equivalent of an old school Lincoln Continental convertable. Rich is an old friend of mine who is a producer and songwriter that has worked with alot of artists from Ludacris to Robin Thicke. He completely blew me away with the music he put together for this project. Nikki is a singer/songwriter with one of the best voices I've ever heard filled with emotion on every note. Individually they are extremely talented but together its f@cking magic. Their melodies are ridiculous. They make music that makes you feel good. They tap into the best part of us. I've been fortunate enough to work with some incredible artists and movements and I don't hesitate to say this feels like that. Sure this may all sound lofty and as their manager I may be biased but I literally can't wait for people to hear. We are now in the process of putting it all together and doing a lot on our own prior to the label game. We shot a video last weekend that is gonna be amazing. I took the pics above at shoot..
